Your New Role:
In your role as the HR Advisor, you will report to a supportive and strategic HR Manager, with a primary focus on people development, HR processes and associate services. Your duties will include:
Your Main Duties:
Deliver core HR support by guiding staff, managing records, and updating company policies.
Coordinate recruitment processes, agency communication, prepare employment contracts, and manage onboarding and training.
Facilitate employee development by coordinating probation, performance, and salary reviews.
Support Work Health and Safety compliance while analysing workforce data for HR reports.
Promote and embed the organisation's values across all People & Culture practices.

About You:
Experience in a similar HR role is essential
Excellent organisational skills
