Employee Relations Advisor / Specialist
Location: Brisbane Contract: 6 months with the potential for permanency Pay rate: $88.29 - $94.59 p/h + super Hybrid Arrangments: 3 days in office 2 from home
The Opportunity
Randstad is looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to join a Brisbane based team on a six-month contract.
This is a hands-on role supporting a range of employee relations, conduct and performance matters. You'll work closely with managers and HR stakeholders, providing practical advice on sensitive workplace issues and helping ensure matters are managed effectively and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and support on employee relations, conduct and performance matters.
Manage and support a range of workplace cases and employee matters.
Guide managers through complex and sensitive workplace issues.
Undertake research and analysis and provide practical recommendations.
Contribute to workplace policies, procedures and processes.
Prepare reports, correspondence and briefing documentation.
Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
Strong experience across employee relations, conduct and performance matters.
Experience providing practical advice on complex or sensitive workplace issues.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A sound understanding of HR/employee relations practices, with the ability to work confidently and independently.
