This is a rare opportunity to join a large, complex and high profile organisation delivering critical infrastructure and services across NSW. As a Senior Manager within Finance Partnering and Insights, you will play a key leadership role, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while driving financial performance, strategy and decision making.

Your new role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead a high performing team and partner closely with executive stakeholders to deliver high quality financial insights and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across a large and complex portfolio
• Provide strategic financial advice that links performance outcomes to business strategy
• Deliver insightful analysis to identify risks, opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Drive engagement with divisional leaders to enhance financial performance and sustainability
• Support business case development and investment decision making
• Ensure robust financial governance, reporting and compliance with relevant frameworks
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence decision making
• Lead, coach and develop a team to deliver high quality financial outputs

• Extensive experience in financial management within a large and complex environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability at executive level
• Proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
• CA, CPA or equivalent professional membership
