A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide financial insight, strategic support, and commercial guidance to operational leaders across a diverse and purpose-driven business.

Your new role

• Partner directly with operational leaders and department heads
• Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Manage and support government-funded programs and reporting
• Influence decision-making through meaningful financial analysis

• Deliver monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support the management and reporting of Government funding
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide commercial advice to leaders
• Assist with project accounting, tenders, business cases, and new initiatives
• Present financial insights and help drive informed business decisions
• Support continuous improvement and champion best-practice financial processes

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA or CA qualified (or nearing completion)
• 3+ years' experience in management accounting, business partnering, or a similar finance role
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience
• Experience working with government funding and grants is highly regarded.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Solutions-focused with a proactive and commercially minded approach
