Our client is a leading provider of workforce accommodation and hospitality services, supporting major operations across Australia. Due to continued demand, they are seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to join their Supply Chain & Procurement team in a long-term temporary assignment with strong potential to become permanent.

Your new role

• Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain leaders to support supplier negotiations and tender processes.
• Deliver commercial analysis, spend reviews and cost-saving recommendations.
• Build financial models to assess pricing, rebates, supplier performance and contract opportunities.
• Review commercial agreements and monitor rebate compliance and recovery.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reporting.
• Provide insights and scenario analysis to support business decision-making.
• Drive improvements to reporting, processes and analytical tools.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in a Senior Commercial Analyst, FP&A, Procurement Analyst or Finance Business Partner role.
• Strong commercial modelling and analytical capability.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or JDE.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• CA/CPA qualification or progress towards completion is advantageous
