Cronulla espresso bar/cafe looking for an experienced production cook, basic leadership and cookery skills
1 Years experience required in the below duties:
? Strong organisational skills ? General knowledge of cooking, oven and grilling, meat, such as chicken, lamb, pork ? Baking muffins & cakes, making protein balls ? maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, ? ordering stock, accepting deliveries & stock rotation. ? english written and spoken ? preparing ingredients like chopping fruit & vegetables, assembling sandwiches and breakfast items
??? 5:30am-330pm
