Head Barista for BAHIA CAFE in Double Bay location - CASUAL 2-3 days Requirements for this role: 1 1/2 - 2 years work experience as a Barista is required Casual position 2-3 days per week Are you a hospitality superstar with a passion for people, great coffee, and early morning starts? We’re looking for an Experienced Barista to join our small, fabulous, and talented team on weekends. If you have a passion for coffee, can move with speed and deliver consistently excellent coffee then we would love to hear from you . What You’ll Do:
• Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
• Maintain stock, ordering, and supplier relationships What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience working in a busy café or espresso bar
• At least 1 years experience as a Barista
• Excellent communication, and organizational skills
• A calm and confident problem-solver with a hands-on approach
• Passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences
• A team-first attitude
