Your new role

• Regular communication regarding Sundry Debtors management
• Liaison with the Accounts Receivable team in relation to receipting activities, ARM accounts
• Regular communication with the Revenue Department staff, including Billing Liaison Officers, Deputy Manager
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Manager Financial Accounting
• Provide weekly updates
• Provide regular reports on the status of outstanding / reconciling banking transactions
• Provide ad hoc reports as requested by the Manager Financial Accounting

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated skills in the patient billing and receipting area and experience in cash / banking transformation
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis and the ability to collate and present reports in a user-friendly format
• Demonstrated prior experience and knowledge of PBRC, Oracle finance suite and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet key performance indicators and deadlines based on the strategic focus of the organisation
