LH & TW Pty Ltd, operating an Oporto restaurant at Majura Park Shopping Centre, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high customer service standards, ensuring food safety and quality compliance, and achieving operational and financial targets. Minimum requirement AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field and 3+ years' experience in a similar role. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the Oporto restaurant to ensure efficient service and smooth business operations. Recruit, train, supervise and motivate staff, including preparing rosters and allocating duties. Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with workplace policies, procedures and service standards. Maintain high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints and feedback. Oversee inventory management, stock ordering, supplier coordination and stock control to minimise wastage. Monitor sales performance, revenue, labour costs and other operating expenses to achieve business objectives. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety and other applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain appropriate food preparation, storage, cleanliness and restaurant presentation standards. Implement promotional activities and strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction and business performance. Prepare operational reports and communicate business performance, staffing and operational issues to management. Ensure the restaurant complies with Oporto brand standards and operational procedures.

Proven success in meeting sales, wage, and stock loss targets. Strong skills in stock management and loss prevention.
