Position: Coffee Shop Manager

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation

Hours: 38 hours per week

Mode: Full Time

Location: Armidale NSW 2350

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years of recent and verifiable work experience in a similar role

A & T Beverages Pty Ltd T/A Armidale Coffee House requires a dedicated Full-time Coffee Shop Manager for its daily operation and effective overall management

Duties and responsibilities:

• Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards

• Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices

• Promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services

• Selling goods to customers and replying to them on product inquiry

• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

• Undertaking budgeting for the business

• Selecting, training and supervising staff

• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

• Negotiating and liaising for bulk discount for purchase, promotion and supply arrangements with suppliers

• Designing and implementing pricing, marketing, promotional and display strategies

• Anticipating consumer trends and determining quantity, style and quality of goods to be purchased

• Monitoring sales data and stock levels and customer’s buying patterns of various categories

• Display promotions and clearance sales.

The applicant must have.

• Minimum Diploma level qualification

• Minimum 3 Years of recent and verifiable work experience in a similar role.

• Sound Discipline, Operation and Leadership skills

• Strong administration, decision making, management and communication skills

• Professional attitude and basic accounting knowledge
