Your new role

You will take ownership of an existing portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. Supported by a national network and experienced leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio effectively while contributing to the growth of the Canberra office.

• End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
• Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals
• Managing maintenance requests and contractor relationships
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Arrears management and tenancy dispute resolution
• Coordinating entry and exit inspections
• Ensuring compliance with ACT and NSW legislation
• Identifying opportunities to grow the rent roll and business

What you'll need to succeed

• Current ACT Real Estate Licence
• Current NSW Real Estate Licence
• Demonstrated experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to business growth
