They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Coordinator to provide strategic commercial leadership across property-related contracts, supplier management, leasing arrangements, and procurement activities.

Your new role

You will play a key role in managing commercial negotiations, contract performance, and supplier relationships across a significant property portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, legal teams, procurement specialists, and external service providers, you will ensure robust commercial governance and deliver strong contractual outcomes.

  • Providing strategic advice to senior leadership on commercial risks, opportunities, and contract performance.
  • Managing leasing and tenancy-related matters, including lease negotiations, rent collection processes, tenancy schedules, and commercial property agreements.
  • Driving continuous improvement of contract management frameworks, supplier governance processes, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Collaborating with procurement, legal, and operational stakeholders to achieve commercially sound outcomes.
  • Monitoring supplier performance, compliance obligations, and risk management requirements.
  • Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best-practice contract management processes.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in commercial contract management, supplier governance, and commercial negotiations.
  • Strong property, facilities, infrastructure, or asset management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing leasing arrangements, tenancy agreements, and service contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, and risk management principles.
  • Experience working closely with legal teams to negotiate and manage complex contractual arrangements.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to influence senior decision-makers and present commercial recommendations with confidence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Business, Law, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.

What you'll get in return

  • Opportunity to work within a large and highly regarded organisation.
  • Exposure to a diverse and complex property portfolio.
  • A strategic role with significant stakeholder engagement and influence.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Competitive salary package and attractive employee benefits.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of commercial and contract management practices.
