About the Opportunity

At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Registered Nurse, you'll help create cherished moments and better health outcomes for our residents each day. We are a very small home of just 33 residents and a very stable team that really exudes that sense of care and compassion. We are particularly keen to hear from you if you are available for afternoons and nights shifts.

Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care utilising a person-centred approach

Effectively supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values

Take an active role in getting to know our residents and their families

Undertake assessments, treatment and documentation to the highest standard

What you'll bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.

The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

Recognised tertiary qualification and current full Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in Residential Aged Care.
