As theExecutive General Manager - Innovation & Growth, you will leadBlueCare'sstrategic agenda, ensuringcollaborative partnership withenterprisestrategicprioritiesensuring these aretranslated into measurable outcomes that strengthen our market position, enhance customerexperiencesand deliver long-term organisational sustainability. You will partner with UnitingCare's enterprise strategy and transformation group, providingexecutive leadership acrossBlueCare'sservice innovation, commercial growth, portfolio delivery,marketingand sales.
Reporting to the Group Executive,BlueCare, this role is a key advisor to executive and board stakeholdersin relation toBlueCare'sstrategic vision, leading a diverse portfolio that spans strategy execution, growth initiatives, commercial opportunities, programdeliveryand innovation across residential and community services
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and delivery of BlueCare's enterprise strategy, ensuring strategic priorities are aligned toorganisationalobjectivesand measurable outcomes.
Drive large-scale transformation and reform initiativesacross BlueCarethat improve sustainability, customeroutcomesandorganisationalcapability.
Establish and oversee portfolio governance, ensuring strategic initiatives areprioritised,resourcedand delivered effectivelyin collaboration withUnitingCarestrategic priorities.
Lead commercial evaluation and investment decision-making frameworks to support sustainable growth opportunities.
Identify,developand scale innovative service models that respond to changing customer needs, fundingreformsand market opportunities.
Provide strategic leadership across marketing, marketpresenceand sales functions to strengthen brand visibility and drive growth.
Use customer insights, marketintelligenceand performance data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Build strong partnerships withenterprise strategyexecutive leaders, governingbodiesand external stakeholders to accelerate strategic outcomes.
Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team culture focused on innovation,accountabilityand continuous improvement.
What makes a difference for us?
Tertiary qualification inBusiness,Economics,Strategy, Commerce, HealthAdministrationor related discipline
Proven executive experience leading large, complex transformation and strategy execution in regulated environments.
Demonstrated capability in enterprise portfolio governance, program deliveryassuranceand benefits realisation
Strong commercial acumen, including investment decision support and shaping sustainable growth initiatives
Experience engaging credibly with senior executives and Boards, producing clear decision papers and progress reporting
Demonstrated capability leading marketing, marketpresenceand sales enablement disciplines to generate and convert demand ethically.
Postgraduate qualifications in business orsimilaras well asAgedCareexperiencewouldbe seen asadvantageous
