Join a well-established organisation based on the Southern Gold Coast that is experiencing continued growth and requires an experienced recruiter to support the business during a busy period. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with an immediate start, offering the chance to work within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Your new role

As the Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver quality hiring outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to onboarding
  • Writing and posting job advertisements
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Conducting phone screens and interviews
  • Coordinating interviews and stakeholder communication
  • Managing candidate care throughout the recruitment process
  • Building talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
  • Providing recruitment advice and market insights to hiring managers
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous recruitment experience, either agency or internal
  • Experience with Blue collar recruitment would be a bonus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Experience sourcing candidates across a range of professional roles
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
