Your New Role
This role works as part of the corporate function of the business, focusing on supporting a wide variety of projects across the business in different areas. Working across projects related to manufacturing, logistics, corporate and operations – this role has lots of diversity and focusses on working across the organisation with different stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Being responsible for end-to-end project delivery, this candidate will work across non-BAU projects, projects that focus on transitioning to BAU and planned expansion projects. This will include project planning, governance, vendor coordination and risk management – allowing the successful candidate to work across the entire project life cycle.
With a strong focus on reporting and stakeholder engagement, this role requires a candidate who has strong knowledge of reporting and governance and experience having completed project reporting previously and is able to bring that experience to the role. Additionally, as this role works across areas of the organisation – the successful candidate will need great stakeholder engagement skills across both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
You’re an experienced project manager with experience in project management methodologies, preferably with a background in manufacturing, supply chain management or FMCG. However, this is not essential.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project management
- Knowledge of different project management frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile etc.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with project reporting skills that can be translated to senior executives and board members
- High governance capability and knowledge
What You’ll Get in Return
In return, you will receive a competitive pay rate ranging between $120,000 - $135,000 + super on a 6-month contract with a hybrid working environment based in the CBD.
