Our client is a leading utilities organisation delivers essential water, wastewater and resource recovery services across QLD.

Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of asset renewal and maintenance projects across water and wastewater infrastructure.

Working closely with operational teams, delivery partners and stakeholders, you will be responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and reporting, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting infrastructure renewal projects and programs
Reviewing engineering solutions and project designs
Managing project scope, schedules and reporting
Monitoring project risks, costs and performance
Coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Experience delivering infrastructure, utilities or asset renewal projects
Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience with budgeting, risk management and project reporting
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
