With a strong project portfolio and an established reputation for technical excellence, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of critical programs across the business.

Your new role

• Managing project plans, budgets, schedules and forecasts to ensure successful project delivery
• Leading customer reviews, project governance meetings, gate reviews and progress reporting activities
• Establishing and managing subcontractor arrangements and supplier relationships
• Identifying and mitigating project risks while driving effective project controls and reporting
• Providing leadership and direction to engineering and support teams to achieve key project milestones

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience managing engineering, systems development or defence projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules and commercial outcomes
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to project delivery
