The Role

Project Manager looking after a $108m Commercial Tower due to commence Q3 Manage all on site activities with your site manager - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme
Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management

Experience/Qualifications Required

A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for head contractors in commercial construction within Australia (minimum of 5 years)
Experience delivering projects as a Project Manager up to $90m
Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
A trade or tertiary qualificatio n in construction
Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
Experience developing talent
Experience in managing large teams in a large project environment (In commercial Construction)
Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
Positive tenure and a proven track record of delivering similar projects end to end

Whats on offer

$230k - $280k + Super - Experience based pay scale (negotiable for the right candidate)
Secure business and site location (2.5 year project) - Office down the road from site
Delivering a landmark project alongside an experienced team
Ability to create your culture and standards onsite with the project yet to commence Support from your Construction Manager and building a well resourced team inline with the scale of this project
