Contract Administrator - Commercial Fitout Company
Hays is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established and highly regarded construction business specialising in commercial fitouts. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of fast-paced fitout projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing, reviewing and administering subcontract packages Managing procurement, letting, and negotiations with subcontractors Contract administration including variations, progress claims, and cost tracking Supporting project financial management and reporting Liaising with site teams, consultants, and clients Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures

What you'll need to succeed

2-5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry (fitout experience highly regarded) Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar Strong commercial acumen and understanding of contracts Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
