We are excited to offer an opportunity for Process Workers at our Primo Chullora facility in Sydney, NSW. With 200 full-time positions available, this is your chance to join our team! These roles offer a competitive hourly rate of $24.46 (Level 1), in accordance with the P & M Quality Smallgoods Pty Ltd – JBS Primo Chullora Production Agreement 2017. Starting in June 2026, these positions provide a wide range of opportunities to upskill, with comprehensive training, development, and career growth within our business.
The role’s responsibilities include but not limited to: Manufacturing, packing or sorting of meat Repetitive heavy lifting with rotation Working across different production departments Working in a cool room/ cold environments (2-8 degrees) Manual Handling and lifting Operating machinery Ability to work within a team environment Good communication skills on all levels is essential Demonstrate integrity and professional attitude to work Adherence and commitment to availability as per scheduled working hours Demonstrated ability to adhere to Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Assurance procedures
About you: No previous experience necessary Self- driven and motivated Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment Reliable and punctual Must have full working rights Own reliable transport to and from work Ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous knife experience desirable but not essential Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and physical examinations
