A well-respected not-for-profit organisation based in Perth's western suburbs is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. Conveniently located with easy access to public transport, this role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and purpose-driven environment while contributing to an organisation that makes a positive impact in the community.
Your new role
Processing payroll accurately and on time using Employment Hero. Managing employee onboarding, terminations and payroll changes. Processing time sheets and ensure payroll compliance. Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and managers. Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting and record maintenance.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in end-to-end payroll processing. Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
