Job description

Key Duties:

Maintain community parks, sporting ovals, road verges, and urban streetscapes. Safely operates ride-on mowers, hedgers, trimmers, brush cutters, and blowers. Performs general gardening tasks including planting, mulching, and weeding. Uses chainsaws, pole saws, and wood chippers for vegetation and bridge-area management. Implements weed and pest control measures to protect local environments. Complete additional maintenance and service duties as required to support community outcomes.

Requirements

Long term work rights in Australia
Construction White Card
HR or MR Licence
Good communication skills
Experience in a similar role minimum 2 years Certificate II in Horticulture/Turf (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain Skills and knowledge in the use of a wide range of horticultural equipment and machinery Working knowledge of Work Health and Safety Ability to work both independently and within a team
