• Overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficient business performance
• Leading, mentoring and developing a small operational team
• Managing inventory, stock availability and supplier relationships
• Coordinating logistics activities to ensure products and materials are available when required
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and workflows
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
• Coordinating operational projects and supporting the delivery of business initiatives
• Managing the planning and installation of displays and related projects
• Working cross-functionally to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Maintaining quality standards and resolving operational challenges when required
• Promoting a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
• Maintaining operational procedures, documentation and compliance records

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in operations, logistics, supply chain or warehouse environments
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
• Strong inventory management and logistics coordination skills
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Excellent planning, organisation and time management abilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
• A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and customer service
