Nursery Farm Workers Required

Deep Creek Organics is seeking 50 hardworking and reliable Nursery Farm Workers to join our team on various flower farms in the Yarra Valley, Victoria.

The positions are expected to commence in late September 2026 and continue for approximately nine months, finishing around June 2027.

Duties include:

• Picking and harvesting flowers
• Planting and general crop maintenance
• Working in greenhouses
• Moving pots, plant trolleys and carts
• Lifting, bending and carrying as required
• General farm cleaning and maintenance

Successful applicants will be offered a minimum of 120 hours of work over each four-week period.

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 5:00 am and 6:00 am
• Approximately 8 hours per day
• Saturday work may be available during busy periods or when required to meet customer orders.

Employment conditions and pay are in accordance with the Nursery Award 2020.

About the role: This is physically demanding work that involves standing for long periods, frequent lifting, bending and working outdoors in a range of weather conditions. Applicants should have a good level of physical fitness.

As the farms are not serviced by public transport, reliable private transport to and from work is essential.
