Your new role

Open to someone with 2–3 years experience or a graduate looking to develop their career with experience in the key areas below.

The position takes ownership of campaign coordination, digital presence (including website management), agency partnerships, and CRM marketing systems. In addition to execution, the role plays a key part in developing creative ideas, content themes, and campaign concepts.

We are looking for someone who can confidently analyse social media performance, identifying what is working well and where improvements are needed. The goal is to strengthen brand visibility and drive traffic across social platforms and the website. The role requires a strong understanding of the full marketing cycle, including how budget is allocated and the return on investment achieved. This includes monitoring and interpreting ad performance, social media engagement, and click-through rates to inform smarter, data-driven decisions.

What you'll need to succeed

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, high standard environment

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining consistent, high-quality branding across all platforms

  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)

  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics.

  • Qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or working towards one).

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing, and basic graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Express).

  • Experience managing or editing websites (HTML knowledge desirable)

The Role:
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-house channels, ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create and coordinate engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, and client communications, ensuring all materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Drive social media growth by contributing creative ideas, with success measured through increasing engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and reach.
  • Coordinate with external partners for content production, including organising filming days and assisting with script preparation.
  • Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement by proactively suggesting new content ideas and campaign enhancements to maximise impact and effectiveness.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Work across Salesforce admin focused on marketing and campaign workflows. Manage and optimise’ nurture journey setup, lead tracking, data updates, reporting, and workflow optimisation.
  • Act as key point of contact for external partners (digital & social agency)
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Support scheduling, calendar updates, and general admin duties.
