Job description
We require 60 workers (male & female) for the upcoming mango season in the Northern Territory.
Work will commence around 2nd week to 3rd week of September 2026 through December 2026. Mango farm is located at 30 Cain Road, Lambells Lagoon, Northern Territory.
The position includes picking and packing mangoes, grading and stacking boxes in the shed and other general farm task such as pruning, irrigation, weeding and general maintenance may also be required.
The job will be in a hot and humid conditions and physically demanding. Applicants must be fit and healthy, hardworking and willing to commit to stay for the entire season.
The work is casual and paid by hourly rate at $32.18/hour in line with “Horticulture Award”. Average of 30-38 hours a week, 5-6 days a week.
