Global Harvesting Pty Ltd are seeking 400 Fruit and Vegetable farm workers to commence in late August 2026 at farms in and around Mundubbera QLD. These positions are suited to those who are able to commit to the full season of 9 months with potential to extend.

Key responsibilities in these roles will include (but are not limited to) the following:
• picking capsicums, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, zucchinis, berries, watermelons, rockmelons, grapes and citrus
• pruning and thinning
• general farm labouring duties, where required.

Required skills and personal attributes:
• Ability to follow instructions, quickly learn and apply new processes,
• Work as part of a team,
• Comfortable standing, walking and bending over for long periods of time, as well as heavy lifting, climbing ladders and engaging in repetitive tasks
• Physically fit and capable of performing physically demanding work in tough environments, (i.e. working outside in the elements, heavy lifting etc).

These positions are casual, and successful applicants will be offered an average of 30 ordinary hours per week. Work is available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, for a minimum of 30 hours a week. However, sometimes work will also be available on weekends. Pay and employment conditions are as per the Horticulture Award 2020. You will be paid either as a pieceworker or by the relevant hourly award rate, depending on the work performed.

Experience in this field of work is beneficial, however is not required as training will be provided. Applicants must be willing and able to undertake physically demanding, repetitive work in a predominantly outdoor environment.
