Working within a highly collaborative technology team, you'll contribute to the delivery and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications, data platforms, and system integrations that support thousands of end users.
Your new role
As an Implementation and Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in the analysis, implementation, integration, and support of complex enterprise systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project managers to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions while ensuring the successful delivery of system enhancements and releases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting business and technical analysis for enterprise applications and integration platforms.
- Gathering and documenting requirements, functional specifications, technical designs, process models, and data mappings.
- Analysing system interfaces, APIs, ETL processes, data flows, and integration points.
- Coordinating application releases, deployments, and implementation activities across multiple environments.
- Supporting data migration, environment readiness, production deployments, and post-implementation validation.
- Investigating and resolving complex production and integration issues through technical and data analysis.
- Supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, and Production Verification Testing.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across integration, release management, and support processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, or a related discipline within complex ICT environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise application integrations, APIs, middleware, ETL processes, and cloud-based platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and enterprise data management solutions.
- Strong SQL skills, including experience using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Proven ability to coordinate application releases, deployments, and implementation activities.
- Strong understanding of system integration, database technologies, and data management principles.
- Business Analysis qualifications such as CBAP or equivalent.
- Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS) or similar enterprise platforms.
