About the role

As our ICT Support Officer, you'll play a hands-on role keeping our technology running smoothly so that nearly 500 students and a dedicated staff team can focus on what matters most: learning and growing.

You'll provide first-line ICT support across the College managing the help desk, maintaining our asset register, assisting with procurement, and contributing to the smooth operation of our technology systems.

A Certificate III in a relevant field is favourable, as is experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and general hardware and software troubleshooting.
