Next Gen Talent: Company: MSN FUELS PTY LTD Position: Hospitality Worker (Full Time, Multiple Positions) Location: 135 Creecoona Terrace, Bordertown, SA 5268 Salary: AUD 70,000 to 74,000 + Super Company Details: Our Client MSN FUELS PTY LTD operates Liberty Bordertown in Bordertown South Australia. Liberty Bordertown is a fuel station with convenience store and serves hot food and authentic Indian curries. Alongside is a fully operational dine-in restaurant, Bordertown Café and Restaurant. Position Overview: As a Hospitality Worker, you will be responsible for customer service and kitchen tasks, which include food preparation, stock control, cash handling, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, loss prevention, and general housekeeping. The successful candidate should be a team player with a proactive attitude, flexible in following various work instructions, and consistently focused on safety and service excellence. Minimum Requirements: AQF Certificate II or III in the relevant field and 1-2 years' experience in a similar role Key Responsibilities: Set up, arrange, and maintain clean and presentable dining and service areas. Take customer food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service by serving food and beverages promptly and courteously. Assist with basic food preparation and presentation, including preparing coffees, teas, and takeaway food. Replenish stock and supplies to ensure products are readily available. Clear and reset tables, and return used dishes, glasses, and cutlery to the kitchen. Operate EFTPOS terminals and cash registers, processing customer transactions accurately. Stack, organise, and display merchandise and promotional stock. Perform opening and closing procedures for the store and service areas. Receive, unload, and replenish stock deliveries. Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels. Prepare attractive product displays, including promotional and special items. Promote and sell food, beverages, and other products available within the roadhouse. Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout customer and work areas. Follow workplace health and safety policies and safe food handling practices. Comply with all relevant workplace policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Follow cleaning safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
