We’re searching for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to take the reins of our kitchen team. Responsibilities:

Lead the Kitchen: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Innovate Menus: Design and execute seasonal menus that capture the heart of Greece while delighting our guests with new flavors.

Inspire the Team: Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure Excellence: Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, setting the benchmark for quality. Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the leadership team to manage food costs, control inventory, and nurture supplier relationships.

What We’re Looking For: Experience: Proven track record as a Head Chef (or similar leadership role), ideally in Greek or Mediterranean cuisine. Leadership Skills: A natural leader who can inspire, manage, and build a cohesive kitchen team.

Attention to Detail: Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining precision and consistency in every dish. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations. Communication & Organization: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, suppliers, and management effectively.
