JRD Services Pty Ltd, trading as Mean Bean Diner & Shell Bullsbrook, is seeking a qualified and experienced Cook to join our busy team in Bullsbrook, Western Australia. Location: Bullsbrook, WA Position: Full-Time Cook Salary: $76,515 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week About the Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cook who is passionate about preparing high-quality meals and maintaining excellent kitchen standards. The successful applicant will assist with daily kitchen operations, prepare and cook meals, maintain food quality, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements. Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of meals to a high standard.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor food preparation, cooking methods, and portion control.
• Assist with menu preparation and daily food production.
• Order, receive, and store food supplies appropriately.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing kitchen operations during busy service periods.
• Minimise food wastage and assist with stock rotation and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to deliver efficient service. Essential Requirements
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of two (2) years' relevant experience as a Cook.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
