• Conduct preventative and breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults
• Complete component change-outs and rebuilds
• Carry out scheduled servicing and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance procedures
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

• Underground and surface ancillary equipment

What you'll need to succeed

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate – Heavy Duty Fitter / Plant Mechanic
• Demonstrated experience working on underground mining equipment
• Proven experience with major OEM brands such as Sandvik, CAT, Epiroc, or Volvo (highly regarded)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
