Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our civil works crew delivering road construction and maintenance across our local roads. This is a hands-on role in a small team responsible for building roads from start to finish, not just operating the grader. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

• Final trim grading for new road construction

• Road formation and base preparation

• Maintenance grading of gravel roads

• Working within a small crew across civil projects

• Assisting with associated works including: Drainage Truck driving general civil labour
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• HR licence (essential)

• White card (essential)

• A grader TOC (essential)

• Proven final trim grader experience

• Experience in road construction (subdivisions or local government)

• Ability to work across full road builds (formation through to finish)

• Team-first attitude and willingness to assist across broader civil works

• Local government or civil contractor background

• Experience in subdivision works
