Hays Recruitment is a leading Australian agency specialising in Trades and Labour. We are partnering with a well-established Queensland-based organisation, offering a strong project pipeline and an exciting opportunity.

Your new role

We are seeking a Qualified Electrician to join a well-recognized company, working on a large-scale project. This temporary role (full time hours) will have you contributing to installation work from construction through to testing and commissioning.

Key duties include:

  • Connecting switchboards

  • Cable tray installation

  • Panel assembly and termination

  • On-site cable running

  • Installation of underground conduits

  • Testing and commissioning

What you'll need to succeed

  • White Card
  • EWP under 11m
  • Current CPR / LVR
  • QLD A‑Grade Electrical Licence (Unrestricted)
  • Strong installation experience within industrial environments
  • Trade qualified electrician with 5+ years’ industrial experience

    Desirable:
  • EWP over 11m
  • Forklift Licence
  • Certificate IV in Electrical Instrumentation
