Full-Time Human Resource Advisor SALARY Range $75,000 - $100,000 + Super (Annually)

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workplace policies, compliance and staff development.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews and assisting with the selection and appointment of suitable candidates.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation and HR information systems
• Provide professional HR advice to managers and employees on workplace relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and induction, ensuring new employees receive appropriate information regarding their employment conditions, remuneration, policies and career opportunities.
• Assist with employee lifecycle activities, including probation reviews, performance discussions, promotions, transfers, leave and employment changes.
• Provide guidance on employment contracts, awards, enterprise agreements, workplace policies and relevant employment legislation.
• Assist management in addressing and resolving employee grievances, workplace disputes and performance-related matters in a fair, consistent and timely manner.
• Support the development, implementation and review of HR policies, procedures and workplace programs.
• Assist with employment negotiations relating to terms and conditions of employment, remuneration and workplace arrangements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation, industrial instruments, awards and workplace relations requirements.
• Support compliance with applicable Fair Work, WHS and employment obligations.
• Prepare HR reports, correspondence and documentation for management as required.
• Promote positive employee engagement and contribute to initiatives that support employee wellbeing, development, retention and organisational culture.
• Liaise with employees, managers, external stakeholders and relevant representatives on HR and workplace relations matters.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their business, technology, workforce and resourcing requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, partners and recruitment networks.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Support client retention and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and services.
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of employee consultation and engagement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Human Resources, Business, Employment Relations or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in a Human Resources Advisor, HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with employees and management.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to workplace issues.
