We're currently recruiting a Client Partner, this is a full time permanent role based in Sydney. The salary is $80K + Super. This role focuses on partnering with the client in order to deliver a tailored recruitment solution and maximise fee performance by effectively managing the on-boarding and recruitment process Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions, managing the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing and attraction through to offer management, onboarding and post-placement support.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, provide recruitment best practice advice and deliver tailored talent solutions aligned to business objectives.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, leveraging multiple sourcing channels, recruitment technology and market insights to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Establish trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing a consultative and customer-focused approach throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure candidate and client compliance requirements are met, maintaining accurate records, managing onboarding activities and supporting governance and reporting obligations.
Contribute to team and individual performance targets while demonstrating market expertise, driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within a fast-paced agency, RPO, MSP or internal talent acquisition environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring managers and candidates alike.
A proactive, customer-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to prioritise workloads, think on your feet and manage competing demands with a sense of urgency.
Strong commercial acumen, a collaborative team-oriented approach and a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Sound knowledge of employment awards, compliance requirements and recruitment systems, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
