Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience leading teams and is ready to develop their leadership career within a global mining services business. You don't need to be an experienced Mining Supervisor to succeed in this role. We're looking for someone with strong people skills, operational experience and the drive to support teams across a range of sites and environments who is looking to step into a more leadership style role. You'll work closely with site teams and customers, helping coordinate operations, support safety initiatives, mentor team members and contribute to the successful delivery of services across Australia. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting mining contracts across multiple operations within the rock tools division Travelling to sites as required to provide operational support Driving safety compliance and promoting a strong safety culture Building strong relationships with site personnel, engineers and management Supporting drill consumable management, refurbishment and maintenance activities Monitoring contract performance, inventory levels and customer requirements

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience working in an operational environment such as mining, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, maintenance, construction or similar industries Previous experience leading people as a Team Leader, Leading Hand, Coordinator, Supervisor or similar role Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn Good organisational and problem-solving abilities Commitment to safety and continuous improvement Flexibility to travel regularly throughout Australia Previous mining experience is advantageous but not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates who have demonstrated leadership potential and are looking to step into a broader leadership role within the resources industry.
