Your new company
Our client is amongst the world's top producers of major commodities, including iron ore, metallurgical coal, copper and uranium. They extract and process minerals, oil and gas from their production operations located primarily in Australia and the Americas. Your new role

Coordinate onboarding activities, site access requirements and purchase order management Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of site operations Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to coordinate scopes of work, source quotes and support project delivery Receive, unpack, sort and store goods while maintaining accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology

What you'll need to succeed

Current driver's licence and forklift licence Previous administration experience in a warehouse, logistics, mining or similar environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with purchase orders, contractor coordination or inventory systems will be highly regarded
