Your new role
Reporting into the Facilities and Services function, you will be responsible for coordinating a range of workplace, facilities and office support activities, ensuring employees and stakeholders have access to a safe, efficient and well-maintained workplace. This is a varied role that will see you working across facilities' coordination, contractor management, office services, workplace support and general administration.
The organisation is looking to appoint quickly, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates who are immediately available or able to commence within a short timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day to day workplace and office support services across the organisation.
• Support office relocations, workstation setups, furniture movements and workplace changes.
• Manage mail services, stationery, office equipment and workplace supplies.
• Liaise with contractors, building service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure facilities issues are resolved efficiently.
• Assist with building maintenance activities, event setups and general workplace support functions.

To Be Successful:
• Previous experience in facilities coordination, workplace services, office administration or a similar support role.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
