Expression of Interest – Foreman, Site Supervisor, Construction Professionals Opportunities

I’m currently building a talent pool of experienced Foreman, Site Supervisors, and Construction Professionals for upcoming projects across the Mid-North Coast region. I’m looking to connect with reliable and capable professionals who are open to contract roles or upcoming opportunities across the residential, commercial, retail, and refurbishment sectors.

What you can expect

As part of this network, you’ll be considered for roles where you will:

• Oversee and support day-to-day site operations
• Coordinate trades, labour, and subcontractors on-site
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and short-term programming
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Maintain and promote strong WHS compliance and site safety culture

What I’m looking for

• Proven experience in construction projects (Foreman, Supervisor, or similar roles)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Trade background or relevant hands-on construction experience
• Valid White Card (essential)
