What you'll need to succeed

• Coordinate design, engineering and construction activities to ensure buildability and efficient project delivery
• Drive programme outcomes through planning, forecasting and progress monitoring
• Manage design changes while maintaining cost and budget controls
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Ensure works comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements and the Building Code of Australia
• Support procurement activities, including subcontract package preparation and tender reviews
• Contribute to site safety planning and ensure adherence to OH&S requirements
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and key stakeholders

What you'll get in return

• A tertiary qualification in Bachelor Engineering, Construction Management
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, design coordination and project delivery
• Solid commercial and financial acumen
• Sound knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant statutory requirements
• Experience across procurement, tendering and subcontract management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Well-developed planning, problem-solving and organisational skills
