Your new role As a Customer Contact Centre Consultant, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers across a range of banking enquiries. You'll work within an extremely high-volume contact centre environment, with forecasts of over 10,000 customer calls per month during peak periods. Success in this role will come from your resilience, ability to learn quickly and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Assist customers with internet banking enquiries
Support debit and credit card enquiries
Provide information on personal banking products and services
Assist customers with enquiries relating to the bank merger
Deliver accurate and empathetic customer service
Navigate multiple systems while managing high call volumes
Follow established processes, scripts and compliance requirements
Meet service and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment What you'll need to succeed
Availability across a rotating roster Monday - Sunday (8hr shifts with start times from 7am - 1.30pm)
Strong communication and customer service skills
High resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong multitasking and computer skills
Fast learner who adapts quickly to new information
Coachable and open to feedback
Reliable, professional and positive attitude
Experience in retail, hospitality, fast food, customer service, reception, administration, banking or contact centres will be highly regarded. What you'll get in return
