Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Claims Administrator to join their collaborative Brisbane team. Your new role As a Customer Claims Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, insurers and internal stakeholders throughout the claims and restoration process. Working within a fast-paced environment, you will coordinate multiple tasks, maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities:
Coordinating and monitoring residential claims from lodgement through to completion Providing customers with updates and responding to enquiries via phone and email Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and client platforms Liaising with contractors, insurers and internal teams to facilitate outcomes Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications Assisting with issue resolution and escalating matters where appropriate Supporting team performance goals and contributing to a positive workplace culture
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll be a confident communicator with a genuine passion for customer service and administration. You will also bring:
Previous experience within administration, coordination or customer service Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to build rapport with a broad range of stakeholders A proactive and solution-oriented mindset Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes Comfortable working independently whilst contributing to a team environment Experience within insurance, construction, property or trades-based industries will be highly regarded
