Join a well-established mining organisation with operations across Western Australia. This Perth-based position sits within a collaborative Procurement & Contracts team and offers the opportunity to influence commercial outcomes across both operational and project environments.


Your new role

As a Senior Contracts Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, supporting sourcing activities, tender processes, contract negotiations and supplier performance management across a diverse portfolio of contracts. You will work closely with operational stakeholders, project teams and suppliers to ensure commercial value is achieved while managing contractual risk.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing end-to-end contract and tendering processes.
  • Preparing tender documentation, evaluations and scopes of work.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and conditions with suppliers.
  • Providing commercial and contractual advice to stakeholders.
  • Monitoring contractor performance, expenditure and compliance.
  • Maintaining contract records and governance requirements.
  • Supporting supplier relationships and value-for-money outcomes

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Experience in contracts, procurement or commercial management.
  • Strong contract drafting, negotiation and administration skills.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and commercial risk.
  • Ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel proficiency.
  • Exposure to mining, resources, engineering or heavy industry environments will be highly regarded.
