Your new role

This is a varied and rewarding dual role where leadership meets hands-on expertise. As a Commercial Site Supervisor / Carpenter, you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.

What you'll need to succeed


•Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors

•Managing projects from site establishment through to completion

•Opening and closing construction sites

•Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

•Ensuring WHS compliance through inspections, risk management, and incident response

•Enforcing site rules and maintaining safety culture

•Reviewing plans, conducting quality inspections, and managing ITPs

•Completing daily site diaries and attendance records

•Supporting team performance and attending client and stakeholder meetings

•While this is primarily a supervisory role, there is an expectation to assist on the tools when required.

What you'll get in return


•Certificate III in Carpentry

•Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor

•Commercial construction experience (preferred)

•QBCC medium rise licence

•Current First Aid and CPR certifications

•Construction White Card

•Strong knowledge of WHS standards and compliance

•Excellent communication and organisational skills

•A professional, reliable, and detail oriented approach
