Your new company

This is a rapidly growing organisation operating across multiple regions, that provides essential services to large-scale projects and public sector clients. They are currently seeking a Collections Officer to join their inner-southern Brisbane office for a 6-month temporary assignment.

Your new role

This is a full-time office-based role, your duties will include:

  • Performing historical account reconciliations to rectify and align past transactions
  • Managing collections activities, including following up on outstanding payments
  • Allocating incoming payments accurately against customer accounts
  • Supporting ad hoc accounts receivable tasks as required throughout the assignment

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience with end-to-end accounts receivable

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively within a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
