Your new role

As a Senior Civil Engineer (RPEQ / CPEng), you will lead the delivery of civil design projects from tender through to completion. You’ll work across TMR and local council infrastructure projects, oversee designers and drafters, and contribute technical expertise across roads, pavements, drainage, culverts and related infrastructure works.

What you'll need to succeed

• RPEQ and/or CPEng accreditation (essential)
• Strong experience within Australian consulting/design environments
• Proven experience delivering civil projects end-to-end
• Capability across TMR and council infrastructure projects
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and 12d Model
• Strong understanding of Austroads and TMR standards
• Leadership experience supervising or mentoring technical teams
• Bachelor of Engineering from an Australian university
• Typically, 10+ years’ industry experience
