Café Manager – The Cove Dining Co

The Cove Dining Co is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, and passionate Café Manager to lead our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (depending on experience)

Position Details

Full-time position Weekend availability required Hospitality and customer-focused role Opportunity to grow with an expanding business Key Responsibilities

Leading and motivating the front-of-house team Delivering outstanding customer service Creating a warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for guests Managing day-to-day café operations Assisting with staff training and rostering Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies Maintaining high presentation standards throughout the venue Helping keep the café exceptionally clean, organised, and well-presented at all times What We’re Looking For

Previous café or hospitality management experience is a must A friendly, energetic personality with a genuine passion for customer service Someone who is always smiling, welcoming, and enjoys engaging with guests Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example Barista skills are a huge plus We are looking for someone who can help take The Cove Dining Co to the next level by creating memorable experiences for our guests and building a strong team culture.
